I had a lunch meeting for work recently at the Wai’oli Lounge in the lobby of the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel. It was a cloudy day with some showers but the ocean view was still spectacular. It was easy to get a table and the server was very friendly.

I ordered the Pork BLT which was a crisped confit pork belly, romaine lettuce, tomato, roasted garlic aioli, on a ciabatta bread with fries. Jessica ordered the French dip that looked so good. The next time I go to Waioli Lounge, I’m ordering the French dip. Have you eaten there? What did you like? Anyone want to go to lunch with me? Living Hilo Style.
