EVA Debut Single PEACE IN OUR TIME
EVA is a collaboration between singer-songwriters Pam Sheyne and Sarah Bethany, whose voices blend together to make a rich, unique, a cappella sound.  EVA’s timeless songs with their classic melodies and thought-provoking lyrics, delve deep into the human experience daring us to stop and be still. Pam and Sarah met at the Hawai’i Songwriting Festival in 2017, where they performed on stage together.  Post pandemic, they collaborated on their first original song, “I Forgive You”, and that inspired them to continue writing and to create an artist project together.  “We really connected on a spiritual level first and it was through the process of writing these songs together and those deep conversations about life, love, and our experiences as women and mothers, that we really got to know each other better.  Sarah and I have found a real sisterhood connection, and EVA has become a by-product of the beautiful friendship we formed over the past couple of years.”  -Pam Sheyne

SARAH BETHANY is a music artist, vocalist, pianist, songwriter, and producer, based on the island of Hawai’i.  She graduated from the UMKC Conservatory of Music and studied with world-renowned pianist, Kristín Jónína-Taylor.  She also studied privately with vocal coach James Meny, protégé of Seth Riggs (vocal coach for Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder).  She started writing and producing original songs and instrumental music which led her to pitch for film and TV.  In 2023, her song “Speak Easy” was featured in the opening scene of a prime-time TV show on ABC.  Her songs have also been placed on other major networks, such as Paramount +,  BET +,  and indie films.  She is co-founder of production team, Mana Music & Media, alongside musician/producer, Michael Surprenant, renowned orchestrator, Bryan Crook, Olivier winner, Grammy and Tony Award nominee, August Eriksmoen, and Emmy Award winner Dave Pierce. Sarah Bethany has also performed alongside jazz giants, Eric Marienthal and Donald Harrison and has accompanied legendary artists such as Kenny Loggins, John Cruz, Amy Stroup, and many more.
