A couple of weeks ago I got this AHHHMAZING CSA Produce Box from O.K. Farms! They have boxes for purchase every Tuesday here in Hilo. Treat yourself and reserve yours today at www.hawaii-eco.com or reach out to them on IG @hawaii.eco or @okfarms. You will not be disappointed!

That week, my box came with an assortment of sensational items. It included lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, limes, rainbow chard, green beans, beets and lychee.

A really, really yummy salad!

Sautéed Rainbow chard w/garlic and olive oil

Roasted beets for another salad, beet and goat cheese this time.

Cinnamon Sugar radish chips for yogurt

Lime bars!!

OK Farms famous lychee!! I don’t have pics, we ate them too quickly!

Green beans and Portuguese sausage- No pic but the green beans were chopped and cooked with Portuguese sausage for a quick dinner that was only easy!
