Korean Honey Sesame Chicken

I found a recipe for Korean Honey Sesame Chicken on the Cafe Sucre Farine website and it sounded like it would go perfectly with the Asian Slaw that I got from Costco. The recipe sounded easy enough for me. I rubbed some chicken thighs with a mixture of EVOO, paprika, garlic salt, and sugar and let it sit for a few hours. The sauce was a mixture of shoyu, honey, hoisin, kochujang, ginger, sesame oil, garlic, and mustard.

Before putting the chicken thighs in the air fryer to broil, I coated it in the sauce. I broiled the chicken until it got golden brown on each side with some slight charring for yumminess. Once it was done and cool enough to handle, I sliced it up and put it on a plate. This was the perfect topping for the Costco Asian slaw. What an easy and pretty healthy dinner. Living Hilo Style.
