A committee I’m on suggested we have a dinner meeting at Seaside Restaurant. I can’t turn down a suggestion to meet over food at one of my favorite restaurants. We took care of business with a yummy sushi roll, shishito peppers, edamame, calamari, and escargot appetizers.

For my entree, I ordered my usual – Chinese-style fish. The fish on special for this evening was ehu. YUM! If you have any in-person meetings coming up, try suggesting to your group to meet at Seaside. But carpool if you can like we did. The parking lot was full when we went. Living Hilo Style.
