Hokkaido and NYC on a Charcuterie Platter

We had a casual get together recently at a friend’s house.

I wanted to bring something that we could snack on during our gyoza and ramen evening. I also wanted it to be easy because that is my level of cooking expertise.

My husband had just come back from Costco with a pack of salami and prosciutto. I had a Hokkaido Camembert from my trip last month and a Parmigiano-Reggiano that I had brought back from NYC. I added some Trader Joe’s olives and some grapes and crackers from KTA. I garnished it with some sprigs of rosemary from my garden and the platter was ready to go!

It was quick and easy and pretty and required no cooking!

It went well with the rest of the delicious items we indulged in. Living Hilo Style.
