My husband was out of town and it was just me and my daughter for dinner one day. My daughter has been on a healthy eating kick lately and we had broccoli and chicken for a couple of nights. Tonight, I asked her what she wanted to eat and she said she wanted summer rolls! Yay! I love summer rolls.

We decided to get takeout from Hilo Rice Noodle Soup.

We ordered pork cold rice noodle salad, summer rolls, minced chicken in lettuce cups, and I could not resist ordering string beans with ground pork. We loved our dinner. Living Hilo Style.
