I was invited to watch the Fourth of July fireworks this year from a home with an amazing view. We celebrated Independence Day with good friends and delicious wine and food while wearing beautiful pikake lei.

The potluck dishes included prime rib, air-fried corn with truffle oil, somen with tobiko and truffle, shrimp cocktail, nigiri sushi platter, pea salad, stuffed hasu, charcuterie platter, poke, grilled meats, baked beans, Chinese chicken salad, kombu maki, watermelon, and all the yummy desserts!
