Gigi invited us to come in one night and taste the food that “Don’t Call Me Chef” Dayson (follow him on IG at @foodxjitsu) prepares for customers. So, we got a group together, called ahead and got a reserved table.
We started off with a salmon sashimi platter. Incredible. Creamy, fresh and with the perfect sauce and garnish flavors. Gigi welcomed us with bubbly to go with our fresh seafood starters.The next plate was another awesome flavor burst of tako.Another of my favorite dishes was the hamachi with some jalapeno heat.The sweet and spicy shrimp dish was another winner.
I also enjoyed the caprese-style salad and the smoked meat with watercress.The ribs were incredibly delicious! Moist and tender and saucy! Yum! You can get a bowl of rice to go with your dishes if you want.
