We have been asked over and over again what our training and eating looks like as health and fitness professionals while juggling our busy schedules.
Though sharing the same mission of living a healthy and active lifestyle to inspire others to do the same, Ricky and I train and eat very differently.
Ricky and I individually discuss in detail what each day of training and eating looks like for us in a week. You can hear about the different types of exercise we implement weekly, what types of food we consume in order to perform at high levels, the strategies we utilize to rest and recover quickly, and our most recent goals for our own health and fitness journey!
