Hilo Robotics Team Going to Kentucky–Donations Requested

The Mechaneers compete in the VEX IQ Robotics leagues.
51102.jpegThese six Hilo 4th and 5th graders from DeSilva and Waiakeawaena Elementary Schools are in their first year of competition.
IMAG3605[1]They won their Hilo league competition then placed 7th in the State Championships in Honolulu.  Next, they placed 7th at the U.S. Open in Iowa and have qualified for the World Championships in Kentucky on April 29th.  The team leaves on Friday, April 27 for Kentucky! IMAG3616[1]The team recently found out that at the World Championships it is customary for each of the teams to offer small gifts to the other competitors form their home state/country to spread goodwill and promote their home.
IMAG3622[1]We would appreciate donations of any items that you think would promote your business and Hawaii. The boys will be excellent ambassadors for your brand. They are very confident, polite, well spoken, and yet are fierce competitors.
