Only Easy: Six Sisters’ Grape Salad

Do you have 10 minutes? If yes, you can make this recipe for grape salad. Although it’s a “salad” it’s really a dessert from that I modified. I omitted the nuts as my nephew is allergic. It’s perfect for summer and is definitely only easy!

Grape Salad

4 lbs. firm red seedless grapes
1 (8oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
8oz. sour cream
½ C. white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Brown sugar for sprinkling (optional, see more below)


  1. Wash and dry the grapes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer to combine.
  3. Carefully stir in the grapes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Note: The recipe says to sprinkle with brown sugar but if you don’t eat it right away it melts and doesn’t look very appealing. I recommend skipping the brown sugar sprinkle.

That’s it, only easy!
