Happy April Fools Day. Since my family has been home for almost three weeks due to COVID-19 we’ve been trying to make different things using the naan bread we have. My son suggested pizza and it turned out pretty yummy! Although we ate it for lunch it could be served anytime, no judging here.
Naan Pesto Pizza
Ingredients:
- Naan bread
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Bottled basil pesto
Method:
- Brush the naan with a little olive oil and top it with grated Parmesan and some shredded mozzarella before putting it in the toaster oven.
- Once the cheese bubbles remove it from the toaster oven and brush on some bottled pesto.
That’s it, only easy!
