My MIL made a salmon dish the other night that was totally on the “only easy” spectrum. I had never heard of it and was excited to try it. It was oishii! If you thought fukujinzuke salmon was fast and easy, wait until you try this recipe! Love you, Granny Yvonne, thank you for the recipe!
Nori Tsukudani Salmon
Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet (about 2 lbs)
1 jar (6.34 oz.) Nori Tsukudani (Japanese seasoned seaweed)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet.
- Spread nori tsukudani on the salmon to your liking. Don’t use the whole jar, just enough like the photo above. Maybe you should be a little conservative the first time you use the nori tsukudani. You can always add more after it’s baked.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
That’s it, only easy!
