Only Easy: Furikake Salmon

Do you only have five minutes to make dinner? Here is an idea but I bet you already know how to make this. Just in case you don’t, here’s how:

Only Easy Furikake Salmon


1 (about 2 lbs.) wild salmon filet, cleaned
⅓ C. mayonnaise
nori komi furikake for sprinkling over salmon filet


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lay the salmon filet on a sheet pan lined with heavy-duty foil.
  3. Spread the mayo on the filet. If you want to be fancy, many people mix in Yoshida’s teri sauce with the mayo before spreading on filet, but I never do.
  4. Sprinkle generously with furikake.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.

The pics above show two filets I made recently, so ingredients were doubled but the method is the same. That’s it, only easy!
