I personally do not enjoy cooking. Whenever I cook, the kitchen turns upside down!! I always try to find simple recipe to follow, and my favorite is Chef Baek from Korea. He provides a lot of easy recipes to cook at home! So here is recipe for one of our favorites:
Spicy Stir-Fried Pork.
Where to buy the best pork?!
Frank’s Foods– They sell pre-cut perfect size pork ( $32.50/5lbs)
KTA — You can find the big chunk of pork belly and ask the meat department to slice about ¼ inch thick
SacknSave — They sell pre-sliced pork strips so you just have to cut into preferred size before cooking
Ingredients
Pork, onion, green onion, black pepper, sugar, red pepper flakes, red pepper paste, shoyu, minced garlic, corn syrup
Sauce:
2 T Red Pepper Flakes
2 T Shoyu
1 T Red Pepper Paste
1 T Minced Garlic
1 T Corn Syrup
Sprinkle black pepper on pork and cook on medium-high heat.
Add 1T sugar about halfway through cooking for slight caramelization
Add sauce, onions, green onions, and garlic to pan and stir.
Easy, right? If I can cook it, then you sure can!
