I’m very lucky to have a wonderful group of friends. They are kind, gracious and very, very fun! They also support my mandoo obsession. True story!

Recently, when I met some of them at Muni for drinks, I was starving. I had no problem announcing that I wanted two orders of mandoo, one for me and one for the rest of them to share. I just love Muni’s mandoo. Especially when it’s coupled with an ice cold beer, wicked! These cute little flavor bombs are crispy on the outside and pure porky juiciness on the inside. The dipping sauce is the perfect accompaniment too. If you find yourself at Kim’s at the Muni soon, do yourself a favor and just order it. Only in Hilo!
