Over the Labor Day holiday we stayed home all weekend…again. We bought sirloin burgers from Costco, defrosted the patties and threw them on the grill. At the last minute I decided I wanted to make burger sauce like what you can get on burgers from Shake Shack. I used this recipe from allrecipes.com.

Secret Burger Sauce from Allrecipes.com

Ingredients:

• ½-¾ C. chopped dill pickles
• ½ C. mayonnaise
• ¼ C. ketchup
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ tsp. black pepper

The Order of Operations:

1. Mix all ingredients together and spread on lightly toasted buns.
2. Add sirloin burgers, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.

That’s it, only easy!
